The following day, your order moves into production at our very own factory in Morley, Leeds, UK, where it is carefully manufactured.
Step 3 – Collected by Our Delivery Partner
The day after manufacturing, your order is collected by our delivery partner and scanned into their warehouse system.
Step 4 – Delivery Booking
Once your order is scanned into their warehouse, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Step 5 – Delivery Day
Your order will arrive with our FREE 2-Man Delivery Team, who will bring your items into the room of your choice. 🚚🛏️
Delivery lead-times may vary depending on postcode area. Your confirmed delivery slot will be provided 24–48 hours prior to delivery. Please ensure your contact number is correct so our delivery partner can contact you.

What will my delivery cost?
> Delivery is free for all UK mainland orders.
Will I receive all of my items at once?
> All items from the same order will be delivered at the same time.
Can I delay my delivery date?
> After placing your order please email us with your request and we can hold the order until you are ready to accept the delivery.
Will I receive updates about my delivery?
> We will send you a dispatch notification as soon as your order is with the courier, then you will usually receive SMS / email updates directly from the courier delivering your order.
What time of day will my delivery take place?
> Deliveries typically take place between 7am and 7pm. Our couriers are unable to give specific times for delivery but will provide you with an estimated window prior to the delivery via SMS/email.
Can I cancel my order before it is delivered?
> If you wish to cancel your order, please email support@onlinebedstore.co.uk. Provided goods have not already left our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 48 hours.
Can I cancel my order after it has been delivered?
If your order has already been delivered and you wish to cancel or return it, please email support@onlinebedstore.co.uk. As the item has been delivered, a £60 collection charge will apply for arranging the return, along with a 50% restocking fee based on the order value. Once the item has been collected and returned to our warehouse in its original condition, the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Do you offer price matching?
We always aim to offer excellent value. In some cases, a price match may be considered if the product is like-for-like and listed online by another retailer. Price matching does not apply to local stores and cannot be guaranteed.
Do you remove my old mattress or base?
Online Bed Store offers a Mattress Collection & Recycling service, providing a convenient and environmentally responsible way to dispose of old beds or mattresses.
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll arrange the collection and send you a 3-hour time slot via SMS the day before.
If you’re purchasing a new mattress, we’ll ensure it’s delivered before your old one is collected.
When will my order be delivered?
Please refer to our Free Delivery Terms page for estimated lead times. Our courier will contact you the day before delivery to confirm, and the delivery team will call approximately 30 minutes before arrival.
What if I’ve ordered the wrong item?
No problem — simply contact us by phone or email and our customer care team will help amend your order.
Is the bed assembled on delivery? How easy is assembly?
We don’t offer an assembly service, however all products are pre-assembled where possible. Any setup required should take no longer than 10 minutes, and clear instructions are provided. Our support team is always available if you need assistance.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we do. Our showroom is located at our manufacturing facility in Morley, Leeds, UK. You’re very welcome to visit, see our beds and mattresses being made, and browse our factory showroom in person.

Can I pay when my order arrives?
All orders must be paid in full before production begins. Delivery is included in the price, and you will never be asked for additional payment upon delivery.
If I place my order today to benefit from the extra discount, can you hold off delivery until I am ready for it?
Yes, of course. We can hold your order and arrange delivery when you’re ready. This is a great way to take advantage of our current discounts, as prices can fluctuate month-to-month due to changes in raw material costs. Ordering now secures today’s discounted price while allowing you to schedule delivery at a more convenient time.
Just leave a note at checkout or send us an email after placing your order to let us know your preferred delivery timeframe.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days to return an item free of charge, provided it has not been used or assembled.
If inspecting a mattress, please do not remove the protective plastic packaging, as this may affect your return eligibility due to hygiene regulations.
