‘Excellent Quality’

What an amazing company to deal with. First, they rearrange their rapid delivery to avoid clashing with my hospital stay. Then, the two delivery drivers arrived well within the stated time and did a marvellous, friendly and thorough job of bringing in the new mattress and taking away the old one; and then the quality of the new mattress is fantastic and far above what was expected for the price. To everyone involved in this company and to the drivers too, a HUGE thank you and a strong recommendation to anyone looking to purchase from here.

‘Everything they said it would be’

Ordered the mattress over the phone, the gentleman was very helpful, I told him what I was looking for, he suggest a certain mattress but explained everything about it, very impressed, delivery was very quick, delivered well within time given, most of all LOVE the mattress, everything he said it would be.

    Just purchased an upholstered blanket box from OBS. Arrived very promptly and was delivered by a very helpful driver who was happy to put it in the room where it was needed. Very happy with the item as it is well made and provides good storage and looks great! Unfortunately, when unpacked there was a button missing from the quilting on the top. However, when contacted, this was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from OBS again.
