5 Steps to Dispatch & Delivery
We keep our process simple so you know exactly what happens after placing your order.
Step 1 – Order Processing
Once you place your order, it will be processed by our team on the next working day.
Step 2 – Manufacturing Begins
The following day, your order moves into production at our very own factory in Morley, Leeds, UK, where it is carefully manufactured.
Step 3 – Collected by Our Delivery Partner
The day after manufacturing, your order is collected by our delivery partner and scanned into their warehouse system.
Step 4 – Delivery Booking
Once your order is scanned into their warehouse, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Step 5 – Delivery Day
Your order will arrive with our FREE 2-Man Delivery Team, who will bring your items into the room of your choice. 🚚🛏️
Delivery lead-times may vary depending on postcode area. Your confirmed delivery slot will be provided 24–48 hours prior to delivery. Please ensure your contact number is correct so our delivery partner can contact you.

What will my delivery cost?
> Delivery is free for all UK mainland orders.
Will I receive all of my items at once?
> All items from the same order will be delivered at the same time.
Can I delay my delivery date?
> After placing your order please email us with your request and we can hold the order until you are ready to accept the delivery.
Will I receive updates about my delivery?
> We will send you a dispatch notification as soon as your order is with the courier, then you will usually receive SMS / email updates directly from the courier delivering your order.
What time of day will my delivery take place?
> Deliveries typically take place between 7am and 7pm. Our couriers are unable to give specific times for delivery but will provide you with an estimated window prior to the delivery via SMS/email.
Can I cancel my order before it is delivered?
> If you wish to cancel your order, please email support@onlinebedstore.co.uk. Provided goods have not already left our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 48 hours.
Can I cancel my order after it has been delivered?
If your order has already been delivered and you wish to cancel or return it, please email support@onlinebedstore.co.uk. As the item has been delivered, a £60 collection charge will apply for arranging the return, along with a 50% restocking fee based on the order value. Once the item has been collected and returned to our warehouse in its original condition, the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
